The first step in your healing journey is to set your intention for the session (we will do this together), followed by grounding. I use several protocols for Grounding Sessions, typically involving a combination of metal bowls, various drums, and tuning forks.

In Full Combination Sessions and Sound Baths, I incorporate Himalayan metal bowls along with a variety of other sound and vibrational instruments to promote relaxation and energy flow. These instruments, paired with guided meditation, may include crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles, ocean drums, rain drums, tongue drums, alchemy bowls, various gongs, crystal harps, seed pod chimes and rattles, metal chimes, rain sticks, flutes, and more.
