Her wellness journey

She was first introduced to energy work during a personal health crisis. Although she recovered medically—with all her tests showing normal results—she still didn’t feel well. She experienced ongoing aches, stress, anxiety, fatigue, and trouble sleeping, despite numerous visits to traditional doctors, specialists, a litany blood tests, and other diagnostics.

At that point, she began exploring alternative healing methods and discovered Reiki and sound healing. She connected with a local Reiki practitioner and, although initially skeptical of energy healing, she was amazed at how quickly she started to feel better. The sense of deep relaxation came first, followed by improved sleep, a brighter outlook, and noticeable physical relief. For the first time in a long while, she felt truly well.

This experience motivated Eileen to dive deeper into energy work. Through research, coursework, and mentorship, she became a Reiki practitioner and then a Sound and Vibrational Therapy practitioner. Helping others experience the same healing benefits she had felt, inspired her to open St. Croix Sound Therapy.

As part of her own journey and commitment to helping others, she is currently pursuing Master Teacher/Coach certifications in the SVMT Method with Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound. She is proud to be a member of the “Meditate” Tribe, continuously learning and growing within this supportive community.
